This is a very important meeting.
Background: Developer Jim Rhodes bought land on Blue Diamond Hill, which is directly across from Red Rock Canyon. Currently he is restricted to building only one home on every two acres of land. He wants this changed so he can build more homes. However there's more to this than meets the eye. The real issue is access to those homes. If he is allowed to build a road from the west (Red Rock Canyon side) this would be disastrous. Traffic on SR 159 (the road to Red Rock Canyon) would be a nightmare. If he can only have access from the east, then traffic would not increase on SR 159.
