Where to Hike When It's Windy
It's windy today (3-13-2010). So where do you hike? Red Rock and here's why: Lake Mead is very open and gets more wind. Charleston will be cold. While hiking in Red Rock stay off ridges. Stick to the canyons; they offer more protection from the wind.
