Today seven hikers (Leo, Mark, Mike, Peter, Dolye, Dana and I) did one of the top ten hikes in Red Rock Canyon: Lost Creek Peak via Graffiti Circ. This is a great route with a stop at Boot Boulder. From there it's two hours of scrambling along the ridge to the summit. Great views and fun scrambling make this route one of the best. Once at the summit we retrace our steps back to Graffiti Canyon and descended the canyon to our cars. Our time for today's hike was 5.5 hours.
Notes: The route is well cairned, but the cairns are hard to see at times. The original sign-in book is at this peak. The container holding the book is in bad shape and needs to be replaced.
