I heard the trail to Turtlehead Peak was washed out in places. It's really no surprise. The trail was never in good shape and so loose many hikers listed Turtlehead as their least favorite hike.
If you have done Crabby Appleton Peak, you will smile at the following collage. If you have not done the hike, the collage might scare you! This is one of the best moderate hikes in Red Rock. It is often done with Magic Mountain, another moderate.
