Do You Know the One Thing You Should Never Do When Hiking In a Group?

There are a lot of things you shouldn't do when hiking in a group: pushing people off cliffs is in bad  taste:) You would never know I was a writer on Seinfeld back with that lame line!
The one thing I am writing about will almost always cause confusion, waste time or lead to someone getting hurt, maybe worse.
