On 7-31-2008, Ed and Luba showed my a new route to Mummy's Nose, one of my favorite peaks in Mt. Charleston. The route flows the North Ridge and treats the hiker to spectacular views. There's a bit of class 3 scrambling and a lot of steep ascending. I guess the elevation gain is around 3,000 feet in less than three miles... steep!
I will be publishing the route in the next couple of days.
