First, 20% usually means no chance ...Good question. First, 20% usually means no chance here in the desert. I always have a good rain jacket in my pack during the Monsoon season. Get an early start and watch the sky. For whatever reason Mummy Mtn. seems to get more rain and lightning than any other peak. Charleston? The weather reports ALWAYS have at least a 20% chance of rain up there every day I check. Does this mean you can't hike there this time of year?
